WASHINGTON – Two high school marching bands from Broward County proudly represented South Florida in the nation’s capital during this year’s National Independence Day Parade.
The reigning state champion Somerset Academy marching band marched down Constitution Avenue on the Fourth of July, performing in front of thousands and passing iconic landmarks like the White House and the Washington Monument.
