Telenovela star William Levy was accepted into a misdemeanor diversion program after his arrest on disorderly intoxication and trespassing charges in Broward County earlier this year, court documents show.
The program “affords first time offenders an opportunity to immediately accept responsibility for their actions, seek rehabilitation, and divert their cases from the criminal court system,” the Broward County State’s Attorney’s Office explains on its website.
