MIAMI BEACH, Fla. – Police body camera video obtained exclusively by Local 10 News on Wednesday shows the moment officers arrested a woman accused of pepper-spraying men at Miami Beach hotels and stealing their luxury watches — including a $22,000 Rolex Submariner.
Esther Maria Torres, 20, of Miami-Dade’s Overtown neighborhood, was arrested back in May on two counts of armed robbery in connection with incidents in March.
