David Lawrence, a seasoned restaurateur, shared with Business Debut that his newest venture — Wild Rooster — is set to open between August 24 and the end of the month. The fast-casual restaurant will be located at 35 N Federal Hwy, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301, FL, and will focus on smoked meats prepared using high-tech, programmable cooking equipment.
Spanning 2,000 square feet, the venue features 45 indoor seats and a 24-seat outdoor patio. Inside, patrons will enjoy an upbeat environment featuring an interactive TV wall display.
Wild Rooster will operate daily from 11 am – 10 pm. Patrons can benefit from online ordering, food kiosks, and delivery services through third-party companies. On the menu are smoked meats such as chicken, ribs, brisket, and pulled pork, paired with fresh sides like steamed vegetables, roasted potatoes, and Hawaiian fried rice.
