LAUDERHILL, Fla. — Ashtan Pierre keeps getting arrested over accusations that he is endangering the lives of his kids in Broward County.
Pierre, 26, had a restraining order when he threw a propane tank through a window where his two children and their mother were in Lauderhill, according to police.
