MIRAMAR, Fla. — The FBI announced on Thursday that there was a reward of up to $20,000 for a duo who special agents believe to be “armed and dangerous.”
The FBI’s reward for the arrests includes up to $10,000 for Jameel Blemur and up to $10,000 for Zacahary Thelusma, both suspects in the murder of Erns Valcourt last year in Miramar.
