MIAMI — A 24-year-old Miami man is facing four felony charges after police said he stole a woman’s muscle car so he could use it at street takeovers.
The victim, police said, saw her blue Dodge Challenger Scat Pack performing “drifting, doughnuts (and) burnouts” in YouTube and Instagram videos that documented illegal street takeovers in Hialeah.
