One week after a 14-year-old boy riding an electric dirt bike struck and killed an adult male who was pedaling his bicycle on the William Powell Bridge, authorities have charged the minor with one count of driving without a license, causing death or serious injury with a vehicle.
Police have not said if he would be charged as an adult.
