Inspectors with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation were busy last week, ordering several South Florida restaurants and even a food truck shut after uncovering a range of troubling conditions.
The list includes rodent droppings inside a state park concession stand, roach infestations in multiple Miami kitchens, and a Hallandale Beach ceviche bar where live insects were discovered in food prep areas.
