Coconut Creek police say three men who came into the city looking to break into cars left in handcuffs early Saturday morning.
According to investigators, officers responded around 3:37 a.m. on August 23 to a 911 call reporting suspects trying to rummage through unlocked vehicles in the 4400 block of Banyan Trails Drive. Police quickly set up a perimeter around the neighborhood.
An officer soon spotted a blue car within the perimeter and attempted to conduct a traffic stop. Police said all three men inside jumped out and ran, but officers chased them down and took them into custody…
