DANIA BEACH, Fla. — A 15-year-old accused of fatally shooting his older brother and dumping his body by a canal in Dania Beach is now being charged as an adult, and told detectives that his sibling had “done stuff to him” in the past, according to an arrest warrant obtained by Local 10 News on Friday.
Detectives said Demetre Fleurimond admitted to waiting for his brother, 23-year-old Kevin Dominique, to walk inside their home on Aug. 17 before firing a rifle at him about 15 times.
Demetre then dragged Dominique’s body outside, placed him in the back seat of his car and later dumped the body along a canal three minutes away, the warrant stated.
When investigators found Dominique, he had multiple gunshot wounds, abrasions to his body and swelling to his face, they said. A Glock magazine was discovered in his pocket, and his identification and a black latex glove were found nearby…
