A man who had just been held up at gunpoint outside a Dania Beach 7-Eleven convenience store shot the robber — then gunned down another man who tried to run him over with a car, the Broward Sheriff’s Office said.
Around 7 p.m., detectives say 19-year-old Justin Kessel robbed the man outside of the store at 800 Stirling Road and then walked inside to rob the clerk.
While Kessel was inside, the first victim grabbed a gun from his car. Once Kessel exited the store, detectives say he ran toward the man, who fired several shots and wounded him.
