A 62-year-old man from Staten Island, N.Y. has been charged with battery after an altercation turned physical at The Boca Raton resort, with the suspect being brought to jail from his hotel room after a number of police units responded to the call.
The incident occurred just before 10 p.m. on Sept. 13 at the luxury resort on E. Camino Real. According to a police report, officers arrived after all parties were separated and, with the help of security officers, began piecing together the details of the fracas that erupted earlier with the help of security video footage.
