A Margate man is facing felony charges after police say he pointed a handgun at a woman during a road rage encounter, and following his arrest, he was found to have concealed a handcuff key.
According to a Margate Police Department report, Sin Valentine, 36, was arrested on September 22 after officers responded to a report of an aggravated assault with a firearm in the Coral Bay community.
The victim told police she was driving into the back entrance of the gated neighborhood when Valentine’s car sped around her vehicle. After honking her horn, she said Valentine cut her off multiple times before pulling over, getting out of his car, and pointing a black handgun at her.
