KEY LARGO — A 48-year-old Fort Lauderdale man was arrested Monday, Sept. 29, after allegedly hitting another man in the face and head during an argument on a kayak off Key Largo.
Dante Andrew Santarelli was charged with battery and resisting arrest, according to the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office.
