Wild! Woman Arrested Again in ‘Bad Date Thefts’ Allegedly Involving Drugging Rich Men

A 25-year-old woman described by investigators as a “known offender” in a string of so-called “bad date thefts” has been arrested again after police say she drugged a man and stole thousands of dollars in cash and luxury watches.

The Latest Arrest

Angelina Chenel Esty, 25, is facing charges of burglary of an occupied dwelling and grand theft between $20,000 and $100,000, the Miami Police Department confirmed.

The charges stem from an Aug. 9 incident at an apartment on Brickell Bay Drive. According to an arrest report reviewed by WSVN and WPLG, the victim told police he woke up to discover his $20,000 Rolex, $4,000 in cash, and a $1,000 replica Rolex belonging to a friend were missing. He also reported an unauthorized $500 Cash App charge from his friend’s account.

The victim said his memory of the night was hazy and believed he had been drugged.
