A Boca Raton man has been charged by Boynton Beach police with indecent exposure following an incident reported by a teen female in the parking lot of a local 24-hour fitness club.
William Forhan, 25, of Boca Raton, was arrested Sept. 29, 2025 for the alleged incident that occurred June 22, 2025 at the EOS Fitness parking lot on N. Congress Avenue. According to a police report, a 17-year-old girl called police at 4:18 p.m. reporting that earlier that day – at 12:30 a.m. – a vehicle pulled into the parking space next to her while she and a friend were sitting in their car. A man described as a white male in his 20s was alleged to have had his sexual organ exposed in the vehicle and was in the midst of what appeared to be a lewd act with all four windows of his vehicle having been rolled down…
