Boca Raton Man Charged With Driving While Suspended for 8th Time

A Boca Raton man who has already been convicted seven times of driving with a suspended license is now facing his eighth charge following an Oct. 4 arrest by city police.

Lunzer Luzincourt, 34, was pulled over while driving a black Dodge Challenger near the Quality Inn motel on Federal Highway after failing to stop at a stop sign near NE 5th Avenue, according to a police report. He “spontaneously” told the officer conducting the stop that his license was not valid, the report said, and a subsequent check of the state driver database showed seven previous convictions for driving with a suspended license…
