Lauren Elizabeth Ryan, 33, was stopped by Delray Beach Police at the intersection of Lake Ida Road and South Military Trail. She is charged with driving with a suspended or revoked license for a third or subsequent time, which is classified as a traffic felony.

The incident occurred around 11 a.m. on September 26th when a Delray Beach police officer saw a gray Kia with a registration that had expired on Sept. 3. After initiating a traffic stop, the officer identified the driver as Ryan, who presented a Florida ID card.
