Fired Fiserv Employee Arrested in Parking Lot After Allegedly Buying Gun and Threatening to Kill Coworkers

A former employee of Fiserv was arrested after police say she made a series of violent social media posts threatening to shoot and kill current employees.

According to a Coral Springs Police arrest report, Anise Victoria Alvarez, 44, of Miami, was taken into custody on October 11 and charged with making written or electronic threats to kill or do bodily injury.

Investigators say Alvarez, who had been fired from her position at Fiserv –– a global financial technology and payments company located in Coral Springs– earlier this year, posted a string of alarming messages on her Threads account, @MZ_MAVAM, on the afternoon of her arrest.
