Surveillance shows service dog owner ambushed outside Aldi grocery store

LAUDERDALE LAKES, Fla. (CBS12) — A man accompanied by his service dog was left with serious injuries after a sudden attack outside an Aldi supermarket in Lauderdale Lakes, prompting officials to seek the public’s help in identifying the assailant.

According to the Broward Sheriff’s Office (BSO), the suspect and the victim were seen having an argument inside the store, where the victim was accompanied by a service dog, on October 11, shortly after 7:20 p.m. at the Aldi grocery store located at 3301 North State Road 7.
