TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — A Florida ZIP code claimed the top spot as the most expensive ZIP code in the United States.
For the past 10 years, PropertyShark, a real estate database, has released its most expensive ZIP code rankings.
Earlier this month, the company revealed that Miami Beach’s Fisher Island 33109 became the country’s priciest ZIP code in 2025, with a $9.5 million median sale price.
This marked the first time a Florida ZIP code has topped the list. PropertyShark reported that Miami Beach’s Fisher Island dethroned Atherton, California to take the No. 1 spot.
