DEERFIELD BEACH, FL — A 38-year-old woman is behind bars after allegedly trying to abduct a 5-year-old boy from his grandmother’s SUV at a Florida gas station, claiming the child was “the wrong color to be with this woman.”
Ivanna Nobile, 38, was arrested Tuesday morning and charged with false imprisonment of a child under 13 and burglary, according to the Broward County Sheriff’s Office.

The shocking incident took place around 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at a Shell gas station on North Federal Highway in Deerfield Beach, police said.
