A Miramar man faces animal cruelty charges following the alleged killing of his mother’s Chihuahua mix, local authorities confirm. U-One Forever Smith, aged 23, was arrested last night after the Miramar Police Department responded to a distress call in the 7600 block of Miramar Parkway.
