A registered sex offender was arrested and is facing charges after he allegedly took photos of a male victim from under a bathroom stall at Broward Mall, police said.
The crime was reported on Oct. 22, Plantation Police said Tuesday.
A male juvenile reported that the suspect – later identified as David Paul Rohrig, 46, of Fort Lauderdale – was in the bathroom stall next to him and taking pictures of him from under the stall wall, police said.
