Authorities evacuated Terminal 4 at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport Tuesday after a man claimed he had a bomb in his bag, the Broward Sheriff’s Office said.
Deputies secured the individual and cleared both the arrivals and departures levels while conducting a security sweep. The airport advised travelers that pre-security areas at both levels were affected.
