Detectives ask public for help with finding woman who injured Broward bus passenger: BSO

BROWARD COUNTY, Fla. — Detectives asked the public for help with finding a woman accused of injuring a fellow passenger on a Broward County Transit Bus.

Surveillance video shows the woman “pushed her body into” the 70-year-old victim before the attack on Oct. 21, according to Broward Sheriff’s Office deputies.

“The attacker then grabbed a grocery bag and struck her in the face with it,” Carey Codd, a BSO spokesman, wrote in a statement. “At that point, the victim used her cane to defend herself, and the attacker punched the victim multiple times in the head.”…
