According to a police affidavit, 43-year-old Crystal Collins was arrested this week in connection with a violent confrontation that occurred on Sept. 13. The reported incident unfolded on NW 37th Avenue at around 3 a.m., where the alleged victim told police she had been standing outside a residence with friends when Collins and her daughter arrived in a Nissan Altima.

The woman claimed she had a verbal dispute with Collins’ daughter before the situation spiraled into physical danger.
