Attorney General James Uthmeier announced the arrest of Caleb Rashaun Frederick and Ne’osha Lasha Taylor, both 29, from Palm Beach. They are accused of participating in an organized retail theft scheme.
Authorities allege the two committed more than 40 thefts between September 3 and November 14, 2025, in Palm Beach and Broward counties. The stolen items included household appliances and laundry products from retailers such as Target, Publix, Walgreens, and Walmart.
