Driver arrested after fleeing crash involving BSO deputy in Pompano Beach: Authorities

A man has been arrested after he allegedly fled the scene of a crash involving a Broward Sheriff’s Office deputy in Pompano Beach.

BSO officials said the crash involving a deputy in their patrol vehicle and one other car had shut down traffic in all directions at West Atlantic Boulevard and Northwest 27th Avenue at around 5:41 a.m. Monday.
