Parkland survivor describes hiding at Brown University to escape second school shooting

A survivor of the school shooting in Parkland, Florida, was forced to shelter in place after a gunman opened fire at Brown University on Saturday.

Zoe Weissman, 20, said she immediately knew there was a shooting when a friend called her around 4:15 p.m. to shelter in place.

“I think mentally, you know, I feel like I’m 12 again. This just feels exactly like how I felt in 2018,” Weissman, a sophomore at Brown, told MS Now. “‘But honestly, I’m really angry. I’m really angry that this is happening to me all over again, and I’m just in shock.”…
