FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. — A former Fort Lauderdale police detective whose alleged misconduct was first exposed by Local 10 News in May has now been arrested on federal charges following an FBI investigation.
Henry Baldwin Lockwood III, once a prominent recruiting officer and public face of the Fort Lauderdale Police Department, is accused in a federal criminal complaint of stalking, wire fraud and computer-related crimes, according to court records filed in the Southern District of Florida.
