A man was arrested after he allegedly pleasured himself outside a Miami Gardens daycare, police said.
Antoine Johnleon Parks, 35, was arrested Tuesday on charges of lewd act in presence of child and indecent exposure, an arrest report said.
According to the report, Miami Gardens Police responded to Excel Education Academy at 17700 Northwest 27th Avenue around 10:20 a.m. to a call of a man who was pleasuring himself outside the daycare.
The man, later identified as Parks, was spotted by an officer standing on a sidewalk looking towards the fenced playground area of the daycare moving his hand back and forth inside his underwear, the report said…
