SUNRISE, Fla. (CBS12) — Newly released bystander footage shows the shocking moment a tow truck allegedly took off with a car carrying a 4-year-old girl, despite her father’s protests.
The incident happened on December 14, outside a restaurant near West Oakland Park Boulevard, according to the Sunrise Police Department.
