The hotel portion of the unfinished Mandarin Oriental complex in Boca Raton has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy reorganization.
The hotel is part of the $1.5 billion Via Mizner, a three-tower project at the northeast corner of Federal Highway and Camino Real, in the heart of downtown.
