A Hialeah woman has been arrested in connection with the theft of multiple packages taken from a residential porch just days before Christmas, police said.
According to an arrest report, Thalia Fernandez, 24, was taken into custody Thursday, several weeks after the reported theft occurred on Dec. 16 at a home on East 43rd Street.
Hialeah police said surveillance video captured Fernandez parking her vehicle in the driveway of the home during the afternoon hours. She was then seen opening the front gate, entering the porch area, and taking four packages that had been delivered to the residence…
