Marc Falsetto, the South Florida restaurateur behind names such as Tacocraft, Pizza Craft, and the renaissance of Anthony’s Runway 84, is channeling 1980s excess and glamor for his new Fort Lauderdale endeavor.
Caviar Club, the first restaurant under his new Falsetto Hospitality (formerly Handcrafted Hospitality) umbrella, will open at 833 E. Las Olas Boulevard in 2026 as a big bonanza of a supper club that Falsetto hopes will be the start of a renaissance for Fort Lauderdale’s most famous street.
