Just one day after New Times revealed that the world’s most famous pizzeria from Italy was opening in Miami this year, another famed Italian spot is set to open here.
Italian import Il Mannarino is bringing its “butcher shop with a kitchen” restaurant model to the U.S., with an outpost opening in Midtown Miami, securing the final retail spot at the Standard Residences. The announcement was made earlier this week by Rosso Development, Standard International, and Midtown Development, and is targeting a Fall 2026 debut.
The idea is simple: guests select their cut directly from the butcher case before the kitchen prepares and serves it tableside. Positioning itself as a neighborhood butcher updated with dining, the company stresses supply chain ethics through its “Il Mannarino Regulations,” which adhere to the EU Farm to Fork principles.
From Milan to Miami
