A property manager stole hundreds of thousands of dollars from Windmill Lakes condominium owners and their homeowners association, the Pembroke Pines Police Department said Tuesday.
From 2021 to 2025, the department conducted an investigation based on complaints made by homeowners at Windmill Lakes, located at 350 SW 88th Terrace in Pembroke Pines, police said in a statement.
