PEMBROKE PINES, Fla. (Gray News) – The owner of a property management company in Florida possibly scammed people out of $1 million between 2021 and 2025, according to police.
Michael Curtis is accused of stealing at least $600,000 from homeowners at the Windmill Lakes condominium community in Florida, and police believe he has scammed people out of more than $1 million over the course of five years.
