A fugitive who spent 18 years on the run is back in custody after being tracked down by U.S. Marshals.
Craig Scanlon, 68, was taken into custody on Feb. 2 at a Miami Beach hotel — where he had been working as a personal trainer — after initially giving officers a different name, according to Public Affairs Officer Anne Murphy of the U.S. Marshals Service.
