BOCA RATON, Fla. (CBS12) — Homeowners in a Boca Raton community are suing their homeowners association, claiming newly added pickleball courts are too loud and were approved without proper authorization.
The lawsuit centers on Parkside at Boca Trail, where residents say tennis courts were converted to pickleball courts, bringing repetitive popping noises they claim have disrupted their quality of life.
