Chefs at Garlic Fest will offer free demonstrations, such as this one at a past festival, at noon both days at The Clove, site of garlic-themed food and beverage. Returning to Delray Beach, the odiferous Garlic Fest, known as the best stinkin’ party in South Florida, will be at Old School Square on Feb. 28 and March 1.
