MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. — A senior is facing a felony charge after sheriff’s deputies said he flashed a gun at an employee in the jewelry department of a northwest Miami-Dade Walmart because he felt she had a “bad attitude.”
Deputies arrested Pascual Santana, 79, of Hialeah, on Friday in connection with the Nov. 16 incident at the chain’s location at 5851 NW 177th St. in the unincorporated Country Club area, just north of Miami Lakes.
