A Boca Raton woman was charged with multiple criminal offenses Feb. 8, 2026 following an incident during which she allegedly lured another woman to an address, blocked in her vehicle, and sprayed her with mace.
Jennifer Montes, 37, was arrested over the weekend for the incident that occurred Jan. 24, 2026, according to a police report. In the report, filed by West Palm Beach police, officers described a call from a woman reporting that she had been assaulted and her vehicle damaged during an altercation she believed was a set-up. The victim told police she received a text message from a phone number she associated with her ex-boyfriend, asking her to come to a residence in West Palm Beach. She was “skeptical” of the message, officers said, and believed it may have been some kind of “trap.”…
