A man was arrested by Coral Springs Police after he was allegedly caught with a stolen vehicle and fled from officers before crashing at an intersection.
According to a CSPD report, on February 7, Keiten Lavern Brooks, 19, of Hollywood, was charged with grand theft following a high-speed, dangerous pursuit.
