Skinny Louie, the Miami-born smashburger that wowed the South Beach Food & Wine Festival, is making plans to take over the South Florida (and New York) burger game. Just a few weeks ago, the fast casual burger spot opened at Dania Pointe in Dania Beach to incredible crowds who waited for hours to get their hands on a burger. Now, the restaurant is planning a Fort Lauderdale location.
