BOCA RATON, Fla. (CBS12) — A Greenacres man was detained by ICE Monday after a high-speed motorcycle chase on I-95 reached 150 mph and ended in a crash.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, 24-year-old Jose Manuel Gaviria Munoz was detained by Immigration and Customs Enforcement following his arrest after a deportation officer placed a detainer on him.
The incident began near 6th Avenue South around 4 p.m. in Lake Worth Beach when a trooper observed Gaviria Munoz lane-splitting on a yellow Suzuki motorcycle that had its license plate tilted upward, according to the criminal probable cause affidavit…
