A Broward Sheriff’s Office accountant was arrested for an alleged battery incident involving a deputy at a BSO facility.
Damar Edwards, 44, was arrested Friday on a charge of battery on a law enforcement officer, an arrest report said.
According to the report, Edwards “forcefully made contact” with the deputy’s hand during an argument inside the BSO parking garage on West Broward Boulevard.
