Pembroke Pines Hotspot Kaluz Packs Opening Night, Sends $7,500 To Local Students

Kaluz Restaurant’s new Pembroke Pines outpost did more than break in the kitchen on opening night. The VIP launch raised $7,500 for the South Broward Foundation, the company and local nonprofit said, with the money set to fund scholarships, leadership programming and school projects across Pembroke Pines and neighboring Miramar. Kaluz opened at 10780 Pines Blvd on November 18, 2025, and has since staffed nearly 100 people at the location.

According to a press release via PRWeb, the donation came from a portion of sales during the restaurant’s VIP opening night and was presented by General Manager Ryan Perez to South Broward Foundation leaders Patricia Archer, Mike Ross and Ken Rivera.
